I stayed here 2 nights, when i arrived to Lombok and when i left it. First expression: dirty, old, the room wasn't cleaned up, last guest towel was still in the room. No soap and toilet paper and staff is even not able to talk 2 words in english. Second time, still dirty and everything is the same like last time. Accidently i booked 1 night with the wrong date via the agoda, i tried talk to change the dates one night earlier with the customer service, they didn't want to help me. The answer was "Is there anything else that we can help you ?" They had available room, simple they didn't care the situation, directed me to the agoda. So i had to book again i was on my way there. Only reason i stayed there because it's close to the perama bus. So if you have oppourtinity to say somewhere else then do it!

My guests were happy when stayed there.They are from Jawa.Very strategic location and close to Catholic Church.
Close to Gramedia Bookstore.

The hot water cannot be used also they have bad air conditioning that they couldnt fix it. So old place.
