This guesthouse located in center of Mataram city far enough from airport. Need to take Damri bus from airport to reach out this one. It’s quiet struggle looking for comfort food in this area, should rent a motorbike but the staff can help you connect to the one of them. The facility fairly good with TV, shower, and the room is rounded by mirror. The cleanliness was okay. I got this one at Rp. 89.000 by Agoda. Worth the price!

Location wasnt great Staff were fantastic, we were checked in and served by the same young lad throughout our stay. He was so attentive and kind. He helped us with our laundry, buying bottles and letting us know where to go for food. He was brilliant. The room was great, clean and comfortable. Shower was also good. Places in room to put clothing etc. TV has USB etc so you can use if you're smart enough to bring anything with you to plug in!I would recommend if you want a place and dont mind being a little bit out from places.

“Great value for money ” The location is quite distance from any food stall. It's better if you have your own transportation. However, you can still inform the staff if you need anything. Other than that, everything is super good. With a very low price, this place is so good , so comfy, and I would recommend this to everyone. I would definitely stay here again for my next trip.

The place is clean and cozy. The staffs here are very friendly and welcoming.

The room spacious, bathroom big and clean.

They have small but functional common area.

Recommended hotel especially the rate is very reasonable and become cheaper if you try to book online using OYO app.

Cheap, did the job but was not special.

Our room was a decent size and was comfortable. However, the cleanliness was questionable, as there were many stains on the sheets and pillows. Additionally, there was an obvious cigarette butt left in the bathroom, which further added to our scepticism of the cleaning job (supposedly this was a non smoking hotel).

Another issue was that there were no cups in our room for tea and coffee, despite there being tea and coffee! We were in a hurry in the morning, so did not feel like asking for them at reception.

The design of the place was modern compared to the surroundings. The location within Mataram was unremarkable, so I wouldn't expect luxury (etc).

Overall, we slept fine here, but we have since stayed in far superior accommodation for a similar price. Though if you're looking for a quick stopover, theres nothing wrong with doing this here.

Please never ever book this hotel. the employees are REALLY loud all day long until 1am in the morning and they start shouting again from 5:30 a.m. in the morning.The hotel is very noisy, even if you are not a light sleeper you can not sleep more than 2-3 hours.
The employees chill right next to the reception area and listen to music from 5a.m. in the morning and btw. they dont speak a word english. We ask if we can leave earlier and to refund the money, but they dont accept.

The employees smoke in the house at the reception and even when changing the towels and things in the room, the have a cigarette in their mouth.

the rooms are okay and worth the price, but what good is it if you can't sleep for an hour?

. The room was comfy, brand new, stylish and super clean. nThe hotel supplies the rooms with toiletries: shampoo, body gel, toothbrush, comb, body cream. They even supply with disposable flip flopsnStaff was nice and smiley. . Mataram is big city and the hotel was quite far
