OYO 1757 Villa Dende

We booked 2 nights at this place and we came from Senaru which is 2 hours away. Once we’ve arrived, the receptionist mentioned about the different rate from the app and asked us to pay a little more. Eventually we were agreed after discussing and debating. The room we got wasn’t pleasant, the floor of shower was full of moss, the curtain seems haven’t been clean and washed, the wardrobe was dusty, the front door was damage, the mirror handle falls off and the mosquitoes were crazy.
And for 2 days staying there, we were struggling to find an assistant. No one was 24/7 ready in the receptionist table. You have to screaming around the place to get one.

However, after all they have a nice motorcycle to rent with affordable price.

This place is really beautiful. The garden and the pool is nice.
The staff are not awair of anything and it seem they see a tourist for the fisrt time even if you speak Indonesian to them they don t understand.
The room instead are not clean. They should refresh the wall that is dirty by humidity. The sheet are not clean easer! I didn t feel confortable sleeping here!
It too bad because it just need a little refreshing to be a nice place

Very nice place with some space for improvement! The bed sheets where not really clean, no trash bin in the toilet or in the room and someone smoked inside before our check in and let the cigarette in the toilet bowl! But the location and the staff are 5 stars for me.

They dont clean the rooms (that include the toilets, comes with poo and piss stains, no toilet paper) the only thing they
do is the bed. Never saw an hotel room so dirty, and ive been to cheap cheap hostels. Even found old cigarettes in the shower. Avoid absolutely. And they wont clean they will just ask to pay more for villa wich was not that much better for
the price.

My partner and I stayed here for one night in April. Our host, Opik was incredible. After spraining my ankle and not being able to walk, he offered to drive me around all morning to find crutches. After managing to locate some, he then drove us to the ferry, helped us buy tickets and carried our luggage abroad.

He really went above and beyond with his service.

Its quite Calm but its so dirty here ... on The bed sheet is so many stain (Look like they don't change the sheet from the guests before) ... And on some water holder (Like Flower Vase) Place there are so many Mosquito Larva ... The sofa in front of the rooms also dirty...

Not very clean, the bathroom is half outside so there’s mold, the bed is stained, no hot water, the shower jet is not powerful, only 4 choices for breakfast, wifi really slow or not working. but the staff is very very kind !!
