Hotel very bad. Bathroom not clean bad smell. I make booking com via 1 day 10 $ but reach check in time he make charge 22$ I ask why extra charge he said hotel policy. Really very bad they are not spoke English. Staff speak only singel language indonesia. Very wrost hotel oyo 1492 rupaqa hotel. My frist time stay in oyo hotel and last time never again go oyo hotels

Cama comoda .La ducha esta rota y sale agua por todos lados.n El wifi en la habitacion es flojo. nLa habitacion esta limpia en zonas visibles, en zonas ocultas como debajo de la cama esta muy sucia. nLos empleados no te tratan como un cliente, parece que te estan haciendo un favor por alojarte...se ponen a gritar entre ellos como de broma, necesitas algo y tienes que ir hasta donde estan sentados porque son incapaces de levantarse para atenderte. En la oferta ponia que habia desayuno incluido y nunca me dieron nada. nEl restaurante cierra a las 18h de la tarde.nMuy incomodo siendo europeo que cuando pasas por delante de los empleados sonrien entre ellos y cuchichean mirandote...me parece una total falta de educacion y de profesionalidad...ademas me propusieron un masaje que rechacé como insinuando que habria algo mas que un simple masaje...
