Not expensive in the strategic area. The breakfast was tasty, and it has coffee shop too (which only cost 20k per cup). I wish this hotel could have little bit renovation in some space ????

A room was clean but, There was no towel when i checked in. And there's a restaurant but it closes more earlier. Staffs are kind but not welcoming to let us know some infomations. They have many services like laundry, massage... etc. But it's really expensive. You can find more reasonable price nearby.

They have clean room, hot water, and the internet access is acceptable. The down side is the room service food is limited to fried rice or fried noodle, no fridge also theres no elevator in this three storey hotel.

Unfortunately they service wasn't good. The housekeeper way more polite than the receptionist. Room seems not well maintained, I got a room with a broken door and dirty bed. Will prefer another hotel with same price that will be worth

facilities are complete, but service is a bit disappointing. The towels were smelly, the rooms were not nicely cleaned when the guest came out when they were already marked. Overall according to price.

great hotel in strategic location. easy to acces. right in the city and closed to government centers and offices. 30 minutes to get to Senggigi the center of Tourism in Lombok and the famous beach for sunset

Very nice, clean and comfortable hotel. They also have a restaurant with killer lunch buffet selection open for public too. Really nice Indonesian food.
