It is helpful for a single traveler since it offers a single bedroom. It provides a public kitchen with some utensils free to use and water dispenser. It was flood in the bathroom during my stay but the staff were very responsive and helpful to get me another clean room to use. The building is quite new and is very clean.

Spent 3 nights, the owner is very welcoming, I arrived very late due to the ferry's delay but he was still waiting for me. My single standard room had AC, TV, desk, a very comfortable bed and a private bathroom (no water heater).
They provide a free parking, and free water dispenser,. If I was not awaken every night at 3am by roosters around the place, I would rate a five star. Also, be aware that the place is surrounded by mosquees and prayers started at 5am. However I recommend the place for the value/price.

The place was easy to find. Close to Mataram Mall.

It feels very homey, and the reception (owner?) Pak Man is very, very friendly. At late night the reception takes a rest but still stays at his post and you can wake him up if you need something.

The room was neat. No complaint at all considering the price. I love the fact that people confidently put their shoes and hang their wet clothes/towel just outside their rooms. It makes me feel safe and at home. Inside the room, phone signals are a bit funny. No Telkomsel signal but XL works just fine. The wifi is satisfactory, sometimes it got fast, sometimes the speed goes down a bit but still okay.

Cons would be hard to find here, relative to the price. I find the toilet exhaust fan to be a bit too noisy, but it's only on when I turn on the toilet light. The room window faces towards the inner corridor so unfortunately no sunlight and I did almost lost track of time in the morning because of it.

All things considered, I absolutely recommend this place.

The hotel was disgusting and there is no privacy. When I hang out to find street food and returned back to the hotel, the housekeeper opened my room and backpack was opened condition. Moreover, I paid the rent on app via debt card and the housekeeper asked me to pay cash only. I had paid double.

Unpleasant experience...towel was too small enough for a children, there's no soap, no tooth brush/paste, no tissue...when ask the staff was told that it is not provided...not recommended for solo or for family traveller...

A small but nice hostel, providing single or double rooms at valuable price. This hostel is located near the shopping center area

Friendly staff going out of their way to help you. In the end I didn't get what I wanted bu t they tried really hard. Good room ac and warm water for great price
