Nice place, quite clean and plenty and facilities available for guests, like stove, kettle, dining and seating area. Staff could be a little more helpful as regards to showing you around and letting you know about the amenities available and about breakfast as we had to return to ask for more information and we're told that the receptionist would be returning in 5mins however we waited for an hour and there was still no sign. Wi-Fi is not available in the rooms. They did advertise a hotspot for 5000 but again we waited for receptionist who did not return so we're unsuccessful in obtaining this. Mataram is not a tourist area.
