Not a trendy with a big major brand of chain hotel, but this hotel is a super friendly family-owned hotel. In fact, I love this place. The management is very helpful. I had a problem due to double booking, but they patiently assist me and taking care of the problem professionally. Whenever I stop over in Cakranegara, I will definitely come and stay here.

Quick note: they have yoga studio in the back of their building. You can join one of their many classes. Try to stretch that old muscle folks!

They will also have a new spa that will be opened in few months. I’m looking forward to try it.

This hotel is located in the middle of Mataram city. This is a very good place to stay if you planning to explore the city of mataram for a couple of days. The amenities in this place is very good they even have atm machine here. In front of the hotel there are usually some jewelry seller that offer their stuff to tourist, and you might want to give it a look because sometimes the have good stuff like a very good quality pearls and songket.

They are scammers. We just got notified that our credit card had been copied and 10million rupies got withdrawn at exactly this hotel. How could this be at a decent hotel?? We will inform police as well.

A nice and comfy hotel with warm welcome from d receptionist and bell boys. But no welcome drink... so i welcome myself by buying me a drink from the cooler at the front door. And 1 more thing.... atm s r everywhere near this hotel.

it is a very comfy yet low budget hotel with super friendly staff.. a pleasant place to stay with your family, very nice garden

the location is very strategic and the hotel was nice, the staff were good and friendly and the price is cheap

The garden is beautiful and well taken-care, the coffee house is cozy, and the sofa is fine
