I knew when I booked that this hotel was not top quality, but I did not expect it to be this bad! Even when I hung a tag on my door to please clean the room, I would come back after eight hours out of the hotel, from morning to night, and the room still would not be cleaned! Even when I personally asked the staff into cleaning the room, they would not empty the trash can unless I specifically requested it. Really disappointing level of service.
Additionally, I was quite underwhelmed at the amenities. My room had no hot water. The wifi barely reached the room. The room was also loud--not only because it faced Jl. Pendidikan and the window panes had gaps between them, but also because the other guests and staff of the hotel made noisy hullabahoos next door as late as 1am (on a weeknight).
Even at check out, I had to specifically request and then wait 30 minutes to get a receipt for my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone else for any purpose. The best I can say is that the bed was fine, the AC worked, and the room was decently clean to begin with.

(+) I stayed in this hotel because of earthquake issue in Lombok recently.The hotel has only one and two floors building, and getting out of the hotel in case of earthquake is quite fast and easy. Fried rice in the breakfast menu is recommended. (-) No hot water in superior room. TV channels are limited and the quality of picture is not so good. Breakfast menu is limited.

Great little hotel frequented by domestic tourists and business people. The staff are fabulous and the rooms are clean and tidy. Located in the government and uni part of town, it is quiet and safe. But you do need transport to get to the malls. There are some warung kopi around that sell water, coffee and small snacks.

The worst hotel i've stayed in my life. They advertised as 3 star hotel but is not even worth for 1 star hotel. Green water in pool, dirty and smell room and toilet, dirty lobby, reastaurant and even the towel. Rats walking around everywhere outside the room, staff not friendly specially in front desk. Go to another hotel next to the mall, 3 star hotel but 4 star feeling just more 60 cent. I'll never stay in this fu*king hotel anymore, not even for free. They advertised in every online media and put the picture is few years ago. Since 2017 this hotel should lose their star, looks like ghost house!!!

We came to lombok for our friends wedding party for only 1 day, so we choose the closest and cheapest but still good hotel in central mataram area. The area is quite nice, its near to and from anywhere in mataram, the staff were friendly, the pool is clean. Bed is nice and the bathroom is huge. It got high speed free wifi, free breakfast. The deluxe terrace room we choose is in front of the swimming pool, so we can jum straight from our terrace to the pool.
Its our best choice for budget and location, also for the facility. Will come back for sure if we had the chance to visit lombok again

bit of a budget hotel but in a great location.
I found that the hotel food is over priced and isn't worth it, as for the room it was acceptable but the bed was built on cheap wood that keeps moving if you leaned against the wall u0026 the toilet needed some plumbing.

overall i will give it 5/10

Disaster experience. The room is very dirty with the comforter which with blood stains. No restaurant service. In the advertisement they mentioned swimming pool. Which they are closed since ages. Never ever visit that hotel. Forget about stay there.
