You know what? I've been eating noodle dishes around Mataram city ever since i can remember, and this place, have the best noodle texture in mataram. If i have to compare it to other famous non halal noodle shop in mataram, then the selling point of this shop is that the noodle is really good. Its thin and cooked to the right firmness. The topping looked humble, it uses lapchiong (chinese pork sausage) and batter fried shallot. Despite it being simple and humble, doesnt make it lose against its competitor
in fact, i think i like it better compared to other noodle shop. You can clearly taste the broth, the lapchiong is cooked untill crispy, and its not overly sweet and not too oily.
it simply is the best pork noodle in town
