Booked a day as close to immigration and cause of the reviews. Unfortunately, the wall behind the bed was black from the mould and you could not breath! Bathroom was also black, I am surprised they were not mushrooms growing on the walls! Sheets were filthy too. Asked to change room for health reasons, but owner wanted more money! Refused and went else where, back got money back. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

This place is Awesome! Clean and new. They have ventillation system in bathroom so no mold. Ac tv and lovely staff. They dont have wifi yet but this place is PERFECT. Comfy bed. Clean clean clean

Nice and clean rooms! Friendly staff! U get towels for free, there is a TV and a little wardrobe, soap, Hotspot for wifi...
Walking distance to the embassy, the Mataram Mall and also Epicenter Mataram (Big Mall).
So I would come back if I'm staying in Mataram!

Really good for the price. Clean, new, nice staff, good location, aircon. The only bad point would be the breakfast, but for this price we cannot complain!

Good value for money. Staff don't speak english. It is necessary to write on paper and use legs, hands, ... But 5 stars :)
