Had to change because it was so dusty I had an allergy attack, rooms look they haven’t been cleaned in ages, smell bad, light switches in the most bizarre places, AC issues and the list goes on.

Very comfortable and spacious room. Bright and well groomed grounds with a nice variety of tropical trees and plants. Staff always available to answer your needs with a warm smile. Nice breakfast incluses. Very central and also very abordable. As a Canadian, this place meets my western standards which is why i return year after year. Will be back again and highly reccomend this property.

Cozy room, pleasant service. The room is sufficiently small, yet still is a perfect place for a good rest. There is not much hanger in the room, but there is a place next to the bathroom to put your clothes. Bathroom design is nice.

Bit disappointed this time... bedsheets seems not changes at room number 5. Other thing is good like always. Staff was helpful and friendly. They okay when I asked to move to other room.

Hotel offers clean and affordable rooms. The staff is friendly and professional. The rooms are quiet with good AC and modern bathroom.

Stay one night after a tiring hike of Rinjani and fly the next day. Good facilities and cozy bed. Friendly people.

Small but clean and can save budget. Service is good but you can get only one plate breakfast.
