Looks like fancy hotel but rooms are rubbish

Average hotel compared with the price. They have more less 200 rooms built in old style. They provide a big enough hall for wedding/other occasion, but the parking lot is too narrow for any event. The entrance suits 2 cars tight. There are some toilets outside, the cleanliness is average.

This building is actually pretty good, it has a resort like atmosphere, but the room is such a let down. It's very humid, you can tell by the smell when you enter the room. The main reason is because it doesn't have a proper ventilation system. Wifi connectivity is not consistent. The parking space is quite spacious, but when we stayed there it was high season, and it can't contain all visitor's cars

Bed not clean (lots of stain) , room and bathroom is not clean enough too. There is hair on the floor. Wifi is very very poor, i can not access internet although the wifi icon show 3 bars. Breakfast is so so, not too variatif. AC is good, cool.

Located behind gas station, the entry is too narrow and hardly noticed from normal traffic. It's the biggest hotel within the area, though.

In terms of building, it's quite complete: convention hall, swimming pool, etc, is available. But in terms of hygiene, it lacks of attention. And also, the staff and housekeeper need to be trained more hospitality.

Overall, the rate kinda expensive for that level. But then again, perhaps it's the only hotel available within the area.

The room is clean, with big matras and all facility work well. The Wifi a little slow, but thats Okay. The breakfast is Okay.
This is good 2 star hotel, with some notice that this is about 20km from central malang city, so put in mind it took me 40 to 60 min just to reach the city as there are road construction on the go.

I gave 5 stars for this hotel about a year ago, but last week I checked in and somehow my opinion changed, because I got a not-so-clean room and smelly bedsheet. It seemed that the quality control was not applied.
