Bangunannya di tengah pemukiman/perumahan. Lokasi dekat pintu tol Malang - Surabaya, masuk dikit ke perum Karanglo Indah. Jalan utamanya rame banget tapi di sini sama sekali ga ada bising suara kendaraan. Tenang banget dan suasana pemukiman. Kamarnya rekomended yg di atas, lebih enak hawanya.
Walau bukan bangunan baru tapi cukup nyaman untuk istirahat, fasilitas juga ok, TV, AC, shower air panas, kasur empuk, ada meja kursi. Value for money-nya dapet. Bisa juga jadi alternatif nginap untuk wisata ke arah Batu.

Harga murah jika untuk menginap saja. Untuk air minum, kopi dan teh bisa dibeli di kantin hotel dengan harga bersahabat. Mau hub penginapan susah sekali, di Traveloka hanga ada kontak OYO Jakarta, saya telp OYO 2x untuk perubahan reservasi kamar. OYO ngasi 2 kontak penginapan, keduanya ga bisa dihubungi. Sehingga pelayanan reservasi kurang memuaskan, KTP saya ditahan, padahal saya sudah bayar lunas. Saya sudah reservasi melalui Traveloka untuk 3h2m, saat check in aman2 saja, tapi saat malam hari, ada operator yg WA bahkan nelp saya di atas jam 10 malam bilang bahwa saya harus check out keesokan harinya. Saat itu hp saya silent dan sudah tidur. Saya bangun di pagi hari langsung balas chat-nya dgn bukti pembayaran di Traveloka. Saran saya, silakan perbaiki sistem OYO anda. Juga, saya mengalami kesulitan utk membuka kunci kamar juga di hari ke 1, flush di toilet rusak di hari ke 2, sehingga saya minta ember saja plus gayung, tapi katanya gayung ga ada. Air panas juga hidupnya di hari ke 2. Di kamar sodara saya ada kecoak. Di kamar saya, kasurnya masih ada rambut :(. Juga ada kamar keluarga saya yg lain, lokasi televisi dan kasur juga cermin seakan2 dipaksakan sehingga menggangu kenyamanan. Mau menginap kok rasanya capek ngurusin hal2 teknis.
