Nice hotel, but need to improve hygiene and noise issue. Breakfast quite good, but there's need more space to eat.
Other than that, it's great! One again, a free ticket to Sengkaling is a huge plus value. Great job you've done here, Kapal Garden!

Great family room, spacious bed, breakfast menu and food taste, average, coffee need to be improved, taman sengkaling is in very bad condition not woth to visit. If you are thinking of recreation do not go to taman sengkaling. Hotel location is easy to reach and about 10 min drive to jatim park 3, great for quick stay with family as the bed has double queen size.

Got the family room, the hotel is literally a cruise boat setting. Clean rooms and bathrooms, great rooftop resto, free ticket to sengkaling park.

The hospitality are superb.. The room, the building are unique.. Sensasi nginep di (suasana) kapal minus goyang2 ombak..

Had an interesting stay here with my friends last year, the interior and exterior of the hotel is designed like a boat so it's pretty interesting.
The room was clean and we got several amenities (bathing kits, sandals). But the wifi is really limited, we can only use the login only on one device.
We also got free tickets to enter sengkaling during our stay. The breakfast is great and delicious, hotel staffs are nice.

My kid loved to stayed here, the room is small but its cozy and clean. The breakfast also nice, specially during weekend they serve buffet.

We booked a quad room (we consist of 2 adults and 2 children aged 4 and 6), and the room was very nice.. it doesn't have a very big space though but the bed are so comfortable, and kids loved it.

It was clean.. the staff there were very friendly... conveniently located in a tourist area, with culinary centre and waterboom..

Only 1 thing that was a little bit disturbing on our 1st night: the noise from next door room.. it was so loud.. i think the rooms aren't sound proof at all..

Overall, it was a nice hotel. I would recommend it..
