Positive: The bed was soft. That's about it.. Negative: Breakfast was cold and on numerous occasions there was no breakfast offered even though I arrived in the dining area before the stated end time for breakfast. It took about 10 minutes before hot water cane out if the shower. There was a cafe, but on many occasions I could not order a coffee during the afternoon as there was no staff..

Positive: Location, and the size of the superior room. The nasi goreng for breakfast was nice.. Negative: The furnitures of the normal size room is old. Toilets looks old. The window for the room is too low that people could peep through so u really need to ensure its really lock and cant be push or pull to open. The air con has some trouble so i have to change room. The air con only works well in the superior room..

Clean rooms yet not well ventilated. The breakfast is below par but they have a coffee shop serving good coffee downstairs.
My stay was only one night, i was sick on the way home from Lumajang so i decided to spend the night at this hotel.

I don’t think this hotel classified as 4 stars. Maybe 2 if it’s lucky, we have shown couple of rooms which is quiet disgusting. Carpet full of Staines, and smells! Staff lack of knowledge in costumer service.
We asked if they have rooms available and they told us only two available witch is the grubby disgusting smelly one. Why in the world would I sleep in there? Must be kidding right?!
Then we decided to find another hotel, then the night front office guy says, oh we have another rooms witch you can see and you might like?
Why doesn’t he show us that room first? Why holding and wasting our times just to give us better rooms?
So we see so call a better rooms.
Yeah.. it was better room and lots cleaner but pillow to BIG.
Fridge doesn’t work NOT COOL at all.
Well if you come here ask for the suite otherwise you will be sleeping in filth.
Carpet in tropical place and staff have little knowledge about cleaning those? You better have tiles for your hotel.
Look like bloodstain on the carpet. Eewwwww!!
Will we comeback to stay here? NOOOOOOOO NEVER!!

Stayed one night in Superior Room. Clean heated water with good pressure. Comfortably sized room with enough storages. Proper breakfast, not many options but tastes good.

I think this is one of the best Hotel around in Kepanjen, Malang area.
Many spaces for parking, Clean Room, Free-Wi-Fi, and Cozy Atmosphere.

Negative: Toilet and cleaness was very poor toilet was not clean all dirty marks on commod . Floor is not sweep properly dusty.
