It is very accessible and easy to find. Place is well maintaned and the guard is so very kind to provide us with a little historical background of the relics. It is one of the places you should visit while in Malang Singosari area

The tample for the last King of Singosari Kingdom Kertanegara, located on the side of the road with a fence around. This place can be reached only 15 minutes from the Malang city to the north.
This place is spacious, with a neat garden and clean area.
Unfortunately a lot of debris around the temple that may not be restored again.

This is a famous temple from the Kingdom of Singosari. It is said that the temple is built to honour the greatest ruler of the kingdom, Kertanegara. Several statues are placed around the temple. Some maja tree are also planted at the temple's yard. I did not see reliefs in the lower wall of the temple. Unfortunately, visitors are not allowed to enter the upper part of the temple. The temple is located beside the main road. It is very easy to find the temple. The temple's complex is clean and well maintained. The toilet is clean and there is a praying room for Moslems. There is no entrance fee, just tip the staff as you will.

Accidentally drove past this place and stopped in to take some photos. It has a well maintained small park, it’s not crowded and the temple is on great condition. Also, It turned out that there are more statues and structures scattered about the neighborhood outside then fenced off temple area. The people on the neighborhood were really friendly. If you’re an expat, expect to get a lot of “hello mister” and people wanting to take a photo with you.
