Saya semestinya menginap disini tanggal 3 Januari dari Kota Batu, tapi saya batalkan karena beberapa hal berikut:

Petugas hotel sedang tidur di meja resepsionis ketika saya datang, dengan pakaian yang seadanya seperti orang rumahan.

Kondisi yang terdapat pada foto di hotel ini sangat berbeda dengan yang saya temui ketika datang. Foto sekitar meja resepsionis itu dipenuhi oleh motor yang parkir sehingga saya sulit menuju meja resepsionis.

Lantai sangat kotor dan berantakan di sekitar meja resepsionis. Bukan cuma itu bau apek seperti orang bangun tidur ada mulai meja resepsionis sampai kamar tidur

Petugas yang semestinya menerima saya malah tidak tahu bahwa saya memesan guest house ini, ketika saya minta untuk cek dia bilang tidak bisa karena alasan handphone dia habis baterai.

Saya harus menunggu sekitar 10 menit karena petugas baru menyiapkan kamar untuk kami.

Kondisi kamar sangat jauh berbeda dengan yang tergambar. Bau tidak enak seperti orang bangun tidur ditambah kondisi WC (diluar kamar) yang sangat jauh dari kata bersih.

Bersebelahan dengan kamar yang seharusnya saya tempati ada jemuran, banyak sekali pakaian kotor mulai kain lap sampai sempak yang dijemur. Bikin tidak nyaman melintas tenpat ini.

Saya harap pihak traveloka mereview lagi penempatan penginapan ini di aplikasi Traveloka supaya tidak ada lagi orang yang tertipu seperti saya.

Ketika saya coba untuk me-refund offline lewat petugas penginapan dia bilang tidak bisa karena pesan lewat traveloka.

1 hal yang jadi perhatian, lokasi penginapan ini memang tidak terlalu jauh dari bandara (sekitar 4 km) tapi di kabupaten ini sulit mendapatkan Taksi online, jadi pertimbangkan untuk transit di penginapan ini. Percuma dekat bandara tapi di lokasi yang sulit mendapatkan taksi.
