Whiz Prime Hotel Hasanuddin Makasar

This is my second stay in this hotel. Located at the city center, near by some facilities such as post office, Fort Rotterdam, Losari Beach, Tiger Park, some department stores like Central, Karebosi underground, MTC, and so on.
I'd like to appreciate two best employees for their great help during my stay on 25 - 27 July 2022. Marwah at restaurant was very keen to help us in our breakfast time, and Nasrul, the security who always came to help me many times with access in lift to the 6th floor, since we get only one card.

Hotel located close to losari beach where there are many attraction, especially pisang epe, the view was magnificent, the staff are friendly, the price were somewhat cheap eventho its located in the city centre

The bad side were the facility like the door that already broken or water heater that not really heat the water, the westafle that really dirty

250k for 1 day is cheap. Room is very small for twinbed. The food is good. If you have a kid, the swimming poll is not children friendly.

The room is spacious (deluxe room), but the AC didn't work well and not very clean.

cheap but i wont recommend, they are friendly but the hotel organization is just bad, many things are falling apart. the AC leaks, the breakfast is horrible, taste bad and they don't replenish things when finish. I miss placed my key card, they charge you. They don't give extra key cards. The lift buttons are not functioning as should be and everything with the lift is really slow. Staff not trained and yeah just way below standard for other whiz prime i stayed at. limited to two eggs also for breakfast and no cotton buds provided. They seem overall stingy (tight with money), like don't understand customer service brings customers back, while stingy will never bring me back Traveloka said there was a gym... but no gym. better they increase prices by a little bit and over a better experience.

I thought the rooms were beautiful. We were very happy with the services. The courtesy glasses of quality wine were most welcome. Security within the premises is very good. Wifi works fine in the room. We have rooms with city view, niiiiice. The friendliness and attentiveness of the staff was second to none.
