This resto has the best fish head soup in Makassar. There are choices ranging from Gulai (Indonesian kind of curry) to Pallumara (Makassar sour soup). They also got fish satay made of Kudu Kudu fish taste like chicken, also bunch of vegetables menu from Gado gado, urap, eggplant, bean sprouts and many others.
I've brought many of my guests here either Indonesian or foreigners and no complain, only compliments ;)
The place is quite big, comfortable even no air condition because of the very good ventilation system. Perfect for groups, families or even just simple dining together with friend(s).

Food 5/5
Delicious Ulu Juku or fish head soup. Using fresh ingredient for their fish and veg, combine with good cooking technique. There is few bones in their fish. Recommend menu : Ulu Juku and Fried boneless bandeng.

Ambience 4/5
Old and vintage look. Good ambience. Many seats for groups. They don't use ac, but it is cool and cozy enough to dine in. Not easy wheelchair accessible. Minus for old and dirty chair, not useable toilets.

Service 3/5
Poor table service. Waitress does not explain their menu or promos.

I guess the owner of the restaurant had fallen in love with marmer stone bcoz whole of the restaurant designed by this stone. They served sea food menu, and I loved the authenticity of their menu. I loved the fish menu like pallumara, sate, fried fish and otak2. The price wasn't too high comparing to Ap**g or N*l**an resto with the same menu

One of famous family restaurant that serves Indonesian food, and it mainly provides seafood. It is good place for family gathering, reunion and party. It has fair prices as family restaurant, but its interior quite old fashion since it is family restaurant. Finally, it has WIFI!!!

Very good place to have a family dinner. All good.
More than that, you can educate your children by seeing animals there.

Palumara and Sayur Bunga Pepaya are very goooooddd. You should try it

I like sea food then order fried fish and gulai Ulujuku'.
Wow I’m satisfied with the taste. Not just the recipes, I got the comfortable place.
Sure, Ulujuku Restaurant is the best place to consume all various seafood in Makassar. I get more satisfied than the price...
So I'll come here again Ulujuku'
