Said to be one of the oldest coffee shop in Makassar. They have great coffee selection for sure. They are also a souvenir store! Be sure to check their single origin beans selection. Definitely coming back!

Toko Kopi Ujung is a legendary coffee shop in Makassar city. If you're a coffee fan just like me, you definitely cannot miss this place ????

They provide ready to drink coffee and non coffee drinks, variant of roasted and coffee beans, coffee paper filter as well as some snacks and souvenirs. For the coffee, it is available in whole beans, coarse, medium, and fine roast based on our request. They do not have dining in area, so all of them is only for takeaway.

I brought home their Robusta Toraja Premium with medium roast. It smells so good ???? with a great taste and strong caffeine as well.

For the ready to drink, I tried their homemade Kold Black (IDR 22,000), a bottle of 100 mL pure cold black coffee with strong coffee taste.

Compared to 10 years ago, this place changed so much. But i love it. We can drink coffee of buy the beans, especially from Celebes area. They also sell many snack, t shirt and soon.
One thing, i'm at little bit uncomfortable with too many employee watching us while enjoying the coffee

This is the place for a true coffee lover, this shop sell a freshly roasted coffee beans where they roast them self at the second floor.

From outside it already shown it's uniqe compare to the other shop around it. When you open the door the aroma of roasted beans struck from the inside to your nose with relaxing sensation. This shop use high rise seat arrangement and there is a standing table for you who want to enjoy espresso, they collect a local beans around the Sulawesi (this is my favorite things).

In this shop they sell a souvenir from makassar and of course they sell the beans too.

Had this coffee shop tagged on map for a while and finally able to visit. Turns out it's not the kind of "legendary" coffee shop I imagined. I'm quite disappointed they don't serve coffee with condensed milk.
I guess It's now managed with newer, idealists generation.

Definitely a very nice coffee shop on the corner of old china town. They also serve as souvenir shop with various snacks and local crafts. A must visit one!
