Straight to the point : the duck kickass!!!
Tender, thick, well cooked. I am not used to eat skin but this duck's skin really nail it.
I cant help but keep taking the meats until we're all done ;)
Other than that, the food was average.
And the reason I gave 4 stars bcause the price was really mean ;D
You get discount using certain credit card but the discount also for limited amount :(

I would say they do serve decent Chinese food. The only let down was the Loh Mai Gai.
Many improvement needed if I were to compare with the other Duck King in Dubai many years ago. I was so desperate for good food since I moved to Sulawesi this year. But overall experience was good ????

Delicious food with poor services..

Poor value for price. Some food does not available in their menu. Delicious taste, and using good ingredients. Recommend menu : Yancou fried rice, and Roasted Duck.

Ambience 4/5
Located at TSM 1st floor near Uniqlo.
Good ambience. Plenty seats for groups and family. Easy wheelchair accessible.

Service 2/5
Poor table service. Overwhelmed staff, they didn't explain their menu well enough.

I don’t know much about chinese food. But the foods taste authentic (according to me). Hainan chicken rice was very good, but the xiao long bao was a little bit of a let down. Not too many soup inside. I think it’ll be better if certified Halal by MUI is available ????????

Another new Chinese cuisine restaurant in town. Both Food and service were good. They have heaps of dim sum choices. My recommendation would be the barbeque roasted duck, porridge, and xiao long bao. Its located in trans studio mall on the 3rd floor near the lift.

Not as nice as I was expected, serving size are not big at all, the Duck is crispy, nice but not amazing

I called few duck king outlet to ask about how to use multiple telkomsel vouchers. All except the one in Trans Studio Makasar said the same thing: can use multiple vouchers from same phone number in one transaction. But the manager in makasar said only able to use one voucher in one transaction. Does this treatment only happen in Makasar? Only the management knows. But for me, it is a very disappointing to have this kind of treatment. I will think twice next time before I buy or redeem my points for promotion voucher in duck king next time. I hope the management can give its customer a satisfactory explanation for this.
