This place used to be one of my favorite destination especially when bringing guests from other cities/countries.
The main course is Oxtail soup which was phenomenal..... quite view years ago.
But now, I felt like something missing. The soup become so plain, you have to add salt or ketchup for additional flavor which still cannot achieve the previous famous taste.
The serving took so long, I really hope the owner take notice on this point as well.

Their Pisang Ijo is the best! Not as sweet as the one i tasted back home. the sweetness blends nicely with the savory coconut-milk-based porridge. the portion is very generous. Another menu i tried was "nasi campur" which is not like nasi campur we commonly find in Java, at all. it is all topped with meat! this nasi campur is also their signature. But i like their pisang ijo better.

It is a just a little restaurant that serves authentic food of makassar culinary. The place is easy to find because it is located in the main road of Jalan Andalas. Compare to all pisang ijo that I have eaten, Bravos’s pisang ijo is the best one that you can have. The taste is amazingly delicious. I rarely love a sweet dessert but this one is an exceptional for me. The price is affordable as well (only IDR 22.000) and worthy for every bite of pisang ijo that you will taste in this restaurant. Really a perfect plate of pisang ijo! ????????????

Very interesting yet distinguish taste of local food, well-served with different and various flavors. There's none like this one in whole city, especially for its extremely tasty Pisang Ijo, also the Soto Ayam is very different from others. Highly recommended...
