A big thank you to all the staffs. The exterior is certainly in need of a fresh coat of paint. Our room did leave a little to be desired. The tea served to us is cold. Carpeting in hallways of hotel in need of replacement. In bathroom, there is no hairdryer. I think their breakfast is awesome.

We stayed for two night at the end of this month. We were very happy with the location of this hotel. Room size was average for a hotel in the city. The team there just couldn't do enough. Back then, looks like it was the great hotel in Makassar area.

I guess you get what you pay for. We were always greeted with a smile. Decor in the rooms is a little outdated. The coffee was not great (in my opinion). There was not a hair dryer in the room. Location is not the most convenient. Breakfast was ok at best.

The suites are in very good condition. A great gentle*** helped me with luggage. Carpets in the hallways are in poor condition. Often took a long time to get a coffee. The location of the hotel is a little out of the way. Not to far from Losari Beach but ***y beceks to get around.

I was not impressed with the design. The hotel is over priced for what you get. The house keeping was very unprofessional. Unfortunately the hotel is a bit far off the beaten path. Unfortunately the rooms just were not as nice as we had anticipated. We will not be staying here again.

Good value for $ Room is good. Bathroom is dirty. Stayed in 3 different rooms over 3 week period. Rooms good but bathroom all dirty.... Price good but bathroom dirty..
