Before you decide to book a room here, read my comment about it carefully.
With only Rp 150,000 room rate per night, this homestay may be tempting for you to stay in. And you will probably be more tempted when you step into the lobby area. It looks fine and clean.
But things change when you go upstairs, to the guest rooms. The ceiling is leaked here and there. The color of the walls are faded and the paint peels off in many parts. When you get inside the room, you'll see similar issues. The wallpapers peel off, stains are everywhere on the bed sheet. The restroom is clean though.
Ou ya and by the way, the homestay doesn't provide any toiletries and towel is available at extra cost. And of course, no breakfast obviously.
The receptionist doesn't really understand what she does apparently. She had a difficulty in understanding what I said. I asked whether I was going to be charged extra money if I paid by card and she was confused. She only begun to understand when I took out my card and presented it to her. But again, she said she couldn't accept payment by card as she didn't know how to operate the EDC. What a!
There are many other premises around this homestay that offer way much higher quality facilities and services which cost only slightly above this homestay does, from 175 - 200 (2-star hotels and include breakfast).
The only reason why I stayed here was because I needed a stable internet connection and I found that the place's wifi was really good.
