Kios La Galigo is a legendary Halal food stall since 1977. They have both of the indoor and outdoor area. La Galigo provides variant of noodle, kwetiaw, rice dishes, along with the side dishes, desserts, and beverages.

Here are what we tried :

Mie Pangsit Ayam small portion
This chicken noodle is also available in big portion. Most of the small portion dish in Makassar is enough for one person. A bowl of thick and chewy noodle served with steamed chicken, steamed and fried dumpling, along with the clear broth. The taste is good. Recommended Halal pangsit mie!

Nasi Goreng Merah
Red fried rice with chicken, fried egg, chicken satay, pickles, and crackers. The portion is also big.

Es Pallubutung
A sweet, fresh, and refreshing dessert that consists of sliced banana, bubur sumsum (rice flour porridge), jelly, pearl in coconut milk and coco pandan syrup.

Es Pisang Ijo
One of the famous dessert in Makassar that you cannot miss. Sliced banana coated in green color flour served with bubur sumsum and ice in coconut milk and coco pandan syrup.

The resto quite small, no room for non smoking, and the worse Bubur Ayam (Chicken Porridge) that i ever ate...
taste so plain, even not add salt...

Pangsit Noodle large portion is only thing i ever order in this place. Well its delicious, give it a try. Other than that, pretty much the same with the other restaurants menu around that area. The waiter/es are kind of slow and the food sometimes take a long time before show up but not bad. Overall its a decent restaurant.

Pangsit Chicken Noodles is the signature. Taste is good but overprice i think. Makassar geetoo lochhhhh ☺

Nice layout and decoration. Food is also good. It's just that the menu is pretty much similar to other restaurants around the area.
