Very quiet, comfortable stay here. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They gave us complimentary juice as we waited during check-in, opened doors for us, brought our luggage to our room. Room was clean and beautifully decorated, as was the rest of the hotel. Reasonably noise-proof and the street was pretty quiet around bedtime. Convenient access to Panakkukang Mall. Breakfast had a reasonable selection, with both Indonesian and Western food.

This hotel is full of arts, the golden scheme and classic architecture well placed all around the hotels. Strategic location in the area of Pasar Segar, a LOTS of food stall there. The room is very spacious, big furniture, big bathroom, its big. The breakfast menu is oke, not too special. The service is good, it’s a clean hotel. Enjoyed almost 2 weeks stayed here, recommended. There’s no swimming pool here, so the culinary around the hotel is the main attraction. Thanks

Its concept is something that makes a difference. Grand Town Hotel comes up with classic, european architecture. Once you walk through the entrance, it feels like you're in Europe.
The Meals are good. The only cons, perhaps the parking lot. Not much space to park your own vehicle. Rate? Not too expensive.

Plumbing and air conditioning problems, so annoying, do you ever stayed in any hotel with waters all over your floors and a seemingly hot 19°c temperature? Kinda sad for me.

This is a personal preferences. The color is too bright. Too many ornaments and paintings.
