Nice and cozy, the staffers are helpful and you could buy the ticket on the spot with any payment method possible (at least morally possible to some standard).
The toilets are all clean all the time, in studio facilities are in perfect condition and they show anime movies too which is nice.

Quite small place. The waiters seem less responsive to the customers and some of them even seem careless. Very few movie options. It's quite sad IMHO because I like the concept. Unfortunately, the waiters and all the staffs fail to deliver it well.
