I know it may sounds unfamiliar. Eating duck (instead of seafood or meat) in Makassar.
But Bebek Goreng Sutami, I think one of the best in town. It’s not originally from Makassar (but Surabaya), but even compare to some “warung nasi bebek” di Surabaya, it is much better.
First, the taste, Duck it self is fried and seasoned very well, so from skin to the meat, so tasteful. And it is be more special because of the “Sambal”. the original sambal (chili sauce) is so hot and delicious and it’s added with “yellow” sambal made from coconut and some special ingredients. It’s completed with a plate of warm rice and become the one package joyful in a plate.
The location is accessible, even tough the space is limitless and traditional.
But I think the taste can attract the people to visit again and again.
And the last but not least, the price is very cheap. So if you want to cheat your diet, it will be your recommendation for your supper.
