Amaris Hotel Panakkukang

Service and location were great. The security was nice and helpful. Check in process was smooth. But, the room was awful. It smells bad, and look old. And there are hair in bathroom when i just check in. Did they clean the room or not? This is the second time i stay in amaris panakukkang. The first time, the room really awful. There are spider web in the corner of the room. And room was dirty. If its not because i have to book the room from my office, i would rather to stay in another hotel.

Room quality good but need to improve their maintenance. Breakfast menu very nice and their service also warm and friendly. Like this hotel.

the room is not comfortable because it is disturbed by the sound of the water pump machine

Need more improvement there and there.... The rooms are cozy, but the table is moldy.
The restaurant or whatever is it, please get someone to be ready there to help your visitor, especially when your tea cup runs out of stock and there is nothing to pour tea ????

Our room was larger than a standard hotel room. Price is good. Such a thoughtful design which makes life easier for travellers like us. The bathroom provide shower only. The Wifi worked well in the rooms. Hotel is just next to a big shopping mall with all the shops you need. Love their tempe bacem I must say.

I was there for 2 days while I toured the area. The facilities at the hotel were very good. The standard of cleanliness was excellent. The traffic connections there is just great. The staffs are friendly. I would say its perfect to stay in where you can trust like home.

The hotel is simple and clean. The amenities of the hotel were very nice. Transportation to the city and touring is just around the corner. In fact the people are very keen to assist in any way possible. The room price is very reasonable for the standard. Nice and quiet.
