Stop by incidentally-after went to Borobudur and soaked wet with rain.Wet shoes and hungry-we found this place like oasis in the desert.Good hospitality from the front office staff which offer me dry hotel sandal.(Thanks Pak Agus!_Yes they have hotel room as well here).The food is good.Delicious hot chocolate in rainy season give instant warm, and followed with other Indonesian food, which prepared from fresh products and served with kerupuk.The ambience is calming surrounded with Javanese vintage style furnitures and interior design. Parking lot is spacious. Price is reasonable.Overall is good-especially the hospitality :)

Rooms are cozy and clean. Scenery is towards the garden which are pleasing view when you wake up in the morning.

Hospitality is superb, they are responsive to any feedback even my family got rooms upgrade! due to minor hiccup in the rooms.

They have Tour package using VW to all nearby attractions. All with reasonable prices!

Pondok Tingal is a get go for Family Vacation! Recommended for any tourist around Borobudur area

On the overall, the hotel building is nice and typical and very conveniently close to the Temple of Borobudur. The rooms, although, are really shabby, especially the bathroom and the towels. If you just stay one night and ready to adapt it can be a choice. The personnel was quite kind and the breakfast very good.
