A unique place to travel. A small village on the hill with friendly people. A very nice place for photo. When the weather is clear it's quite beautiful. And when the fog descent you'll feel like in another world.
It's a little quiet now after the pandemic, many food stalls closed. Hope this place will thrive again.

Cute town located in the mountains. Breathtaking landscape. If you happen to go there stroll around the streets of this colourful village and explore spring onion farming. However, if you are planning to do a day trip, beware the road leading to the village is extremely steep and in very bad condition. And keep in mind, it is very tricky to drive down after it's dark, I would recommend turning back before dark.
It is about one hour drive from Borobudur and about two hours from Yogyakarta.

Local genuine wonder. 2 hours car drive from Magelang city. Not easy to reach but yoi won’t regret. Very nice view, pleasant atmosphere.. very kind people, good foods ..

And i stayed in one of the seven homestay (as per july 2022), the owner is kind enough and bring me to see his fields with various of vegetables, which you can buy directly from the farmers

Beautiful view of Sumbing mountain. Better be there before 9 morning to get the mountain view. The weather is cold. Prepare your suitable outfit. You can explore other area nearby like Sukomakmur vegetables plantation, Mangli sky view and Silancur sunrise point.

Go here early morning, and you will be rewarded by the prettiest view in your life. Stopped at the entrance, and ojek will take around the village and wonderful view points for 30,000-40,000 IDR. Or, if you’re up for some good exercises, walk uphill and downhill along the main roads.

View points were manmade and they charge entrance free ranging from 2000-5000 IDR. Go all to the viewpoints. They dont disappoint.

We came here on weekdays and after school break, so it's not to crowded. The road map abit tricky using google map, so dont be shy to ask around if you get lost. The admission fee only 8K and 10K/car. You should rent motorcycle to take you up and around for only 35K/motorcycle, which considerably cheap, since the road quiet challenging if you go up on foot. The driver can help you to take pictures too.
We went to one of local coffee shop on top. The served local sachets coffee for only 6K/glass and tempe goreng 1K/pc u0026 enjoy the view. Definitely worth a visit.
