Overall fun place to get wet. Our group had children and the guides paid a lot of attention to their safety. We were the first to ask for camping the night before, since ever, so I guess they allow it now. Toilets and showers are relatively clean (compared to others). There are lockers for rent.

The management tries to make this experience fun yet safe. However, I fell from the tire and bumped on several rocks, nothing happened because I had helmet and life jacket and I am kind of agile, I guess a less fit person could be injured. Also, they should not let people jumping from the dam, especially when the water is murky and rocks beneath cannot be seen. My friend bumped her pelvis on a rock, she was in pain for hours after the tubing.

Just suggestion for you. Your facility is bad especially for the entrance maybe you can improve it more to impress people. You said your guides have no certificate so you better get it soon. Prepare for the first aid if accident happened especially along the river so if accident happened it can be solved immediately. Consider children and customer who are not good swimmer. And don't use copy paste reply of your reviews as below. Thank you.

Nature is even better than in ubud, pristine, clean, sooooo beautiful. First a pretty rice terrace walk down to the clear stream, then 1 hour of little rapids and calmer bits where u just lean back and enjoy canopies of bamboo, palmtrees and banana trees. Loved it and so did our 7 year old. Just bear in mind 2 things: they have no watershoes smaller than size 38 so for kids bring your own. And 2nd: foreigners pay 100k, not the 60k advertised on the websites. If made clear in advance i can live with it but if it a 'oh by the way' thing once you're already there its not so cool. Guides were friendly and helpful. Can recommend this place if you're looking for nature and fun.

Cheap, simple and fun. We order all in one packages here :
1. Welcome snack 15 minutes
2. Fun games 2 hours
3. River tubing 1.30 hours
4. Lunch 1 hour
5. Dedicated Photographer from point 1 -3.

we got a good price with min order 20pax, but need some enhancement to management, after fun games we waiting almost 1 hour for river tubing, maybe because of the schedule crashed with another guest.

My suggestion here, if you want to order fun games too, make sure to them, your rundown will running on time.
