Blabak adalah suatu daerah yang dekat dengan kota Magelang Jawa Tengah. Daerah ini memiliki beberapa kuliner khususnya kupat tahu. Oya sebenarnya kupat tahu ngga cuma ada di daerah ini ya cuma tiap daerah pasti punya ciri khasnya sendiri. Seperti di Blabak kupat tahunya terdiri dari tahu dan kubis yang digoreng, ketupat dan kecambah. Semua bahan tersebut dimasukkan ke dalam piring kemudian disiram kuah khusus. Kuahnya terbuat dari air gula merah/gula jawa yg dicampur bawang, garam dan kacang tanah yg sudah ditumbuk. Oya kalau mau pedes, bisa requests ya biar ditambah cabe waktu buat kuahnya. Atau kalau takut kepedesan, di meja disiapin sambal cabe jadi bisa diatur pedesnya mau seberapa.
