- Door not even can be closed properly..
- air conditioning not working maximal.. given a fan in the room
- definitely not clean and hygiene as house gecko litter in the wall corners
- room is not well lighted, big but using low watt led light
+ big room, spacious
+ hot water is 24 hours
- parking for car quite limited
- lower floor rooms more likely dusty in dry season because the parking space is still covered in gravel

Don’t stay here! I booked through agoda and they claimed that my booking as NO SHOW so they get 2 payment from my self “pay directly to the property” and also agoda charged my Credit Card. The property confirmed agoda that I don’t show or stay at the property. It’s confirmed as “cancellation booking”. I stayed there for a night coz arrival time in magelang was late so I just picked cheap place then move to the omah borobudur next day. It’s tricky tho! They didn’t even gave me receipt payment and no one show the face during my arrival, I need to wait couple minutes after yelling at the property. And now agoda ask me for receipt payment and you know the next story! I am writing this review to not book at this hotel

Not suitable to stay in. Very unclean and mould and mildew on the walls. Only two channels on TV. No breakfast even when you pay for it. No resturant no food at all. Nobody at reception and a mobile number permanently taped to the door for you to call somebody to come. Shower broken. Shower door rotten and falling off the hinges. Bed bugs galore. Got eaten alive during the night. Mosquitoes will eat you down to the bone outside the room. We will never return. Sorry but this place is not an Agoda standard hotel. Should be removed from listings.

Booked thru Agoda with property name RedDoorz Syariah @ Kompleks Candi Borobudur for 2-3 jan'20, stating "pay at property" on the booking confirmation, stay there at the mentioned schedule but suddenly it was flagged as "cancel" by Agoda on 6 Jan'20 and got cancellation charge from Reddoorz on my cc statement.
2 tiers application practice, online application in online application, not so customer oriented, creating opportunity for the properties to cheat.
Suggestion : avoid this kind of property, if not, at least do not pay at the property, prefer by cc

milik kita hotel is a nice place to stay. they are very kind people. it is very quite place..
they do not wear uniform or formal one but you do not have to be worry about they are very nice people...do come...
