The location is perfect, plus point. The hotel building connect to the mall eventhough we weren't going there.
Room is ok, not that fancy but fair enough that compare to the price. So impress in bed there are guling (bolster) rare to find in hotel, love it.
Things have to be improved are bathroom condition u0026 towel.
The pool looks old however well maintained.
Overall, we enjoy while staying in Grand Artoz Hotel.

Location is convenience, connect with mall. The service quite oke, except about parking. We brought car, which have to stamp in the concierge everytime we have to go out. Even we already registered our car as a hotel visitor. The pool quite old and they clean in the opening hour. They open at 6 o'clock, i was going to swim but they start to clean too.

Probably the best hotel in downtown Magelang, close to the city center as well as to the Military Academy. The building and the service is good, although is not exceptional.

However, rooms might not easily available and the price might rise during certain time, like school holidays (which also the time for the new cadets of the Military Academy to enter their first year, in which hundreds of parents will also come together, Lebaran/ Idul Fitri (the celebration day after the fasting month of Ramadan) and the end of the year.

Beside those seasonal moments, it should be easy to get a room in this hotel.

Great location. It’s located on a big road, so if you’re only transiting and going to other places near Magelang, this is a great place to stay.

The room is good. Not that fancy, but its fair because the price is quite affordable.

Great location in the city, one complex with the mall. One of the best business hotel in Magelang. Convenient. Nice n comfortable suite with carpeted flooring. Good service.
They have a great gym too unfortunately there is no personal trainer when I asked. Quite complete equipments. One floor with cafe and pool. Lovely pool, surrounding is well maintained.

The best thing about this hotel is that this hotel is located in mall area, so many facilities like swimming pool, nice gym and the mall itself. The ambience on the lobby is good. However things to be improved is for the room itself as the interior decoration is looks old compared to the lobby design, and the shower in my room 528 is broken. The breakfast food itself also can be improved (too sweet) , but however the service is superb and all staffs are all friendly

The atmosphere in the room is calm and comfortable, the rooms are completely soundproof.

Free snacks in the mini bar, good snacks while watching TV with various channels.

The mattress is soft, pillows are really big, there is a comfortable sofa in the room for lying down while playing gadgets or reading a book. Clean and well maintained, bedrooms, bathrooms, elevators, lobby, carpets, restaurants, even swimming pools. I want to swim at 6 am, it's already open, the pool is still being cleaned, really keep it very clean.

As a Muslim I am happy, because the rooms are Muslim friendly, there is a clear Qibla direction and the Qur'an (contact A-Line Service first)

Hotel parking and the lift is a bit complicated, but I support and appreciate the hotel's good security system. The service is friendly and fast, I really thank the security, the bell boy who has helped make it easier to lift so much luggage, and the receptionist who is patient and thorough.

Next time, if I visit Magelang again, I will choose Grand Artos Hotel to stay, I want to review the suite room bismillah~
