Satisfied ???????? i booked pool villa, got spacious and clean room. The pool also clean and considered big enough, not a plunge pool. We can see Borobudur from the private pool area. Service also great, they cleaned the room every day, changing the bed sheets and towels.
Facts:
- located around 10 min by car from Borobudur
- surrounded by kampong, and i booked on fasting and Ied, so at some times it super noisy by the fireworks
- parking area is at the opposite of lobby and rooms area
- ala carte bfast with simple choices such as fried rice, noodles, bread, omelet etc
- there's free bicycle to be used around hotel
- although can see Borobudur from far, too bad the hotel faces BTS
- simple toiletries
- there's sofa bed in the room

The parking location is indeed far from the room so you have to go up and down several stairs. If you want to cycle around the Villa Borobudurhills is also very convenient, the roads around the villa are in excellent condition and of course the view is beautiful. Super Villa-Apartement with own pool! Amazing view to Borobudur Temple! The bed was so cozy and the sheets smelled so good! We came in without booking in advance and got a really good rate! If we had the time, we would extend our stay forever ;-). Personelle was super friendly! Good breakfast!
Definitely a must visit!

Located close to the Borobudur Temple. Good hotel, clean, quite and comfortable, has beautiful scenery, we can see Borobudur temple on the roof top. Breakfast is quite good, we can borrow bicycle for cycling around. But access road is too narrow

Superb hotel with great personnel. Very authentic mutual area. Breakfast served in person and available on the balcony. With a view on Borobodur temple and beautiful landscape.

The rooms are spacious in width and height. Beds are the most comfortable I’ve experiences in Indonesia. Modern facilities and also installed for ‘orang tinggi’ (tall people) ;)

Individual bungalow was good, very personal complete with small size swimming pool.
