The hotel is beautifully designed with big rooms. They also have a restaurant that opens until midnight located in the lobby. However, the restaurant just sells Indomie and tea. It also has board games for customers to play. This hotel also offers other fun activities.
My biggest issue with this hotel is their ordering system. I came here to visit Borobudur during Vesak day. And during this time, many people will flock to this city, including this hotel. The main issue is that I already ordered three weeks earlier from an online travel website (Traveloka). When my family and I almost reach this hotel, the Traveloka customer service called us and ask whether we want to change our hotel. It's strange, considering we already ordered a few weeks earlier for the deluxe room and ask whether we want to cancel a few hours before we arrived. So, we said no. We also message the receptionist whether we can still check in because it was already night, and they said yes. But, when we arrived, the receptionist said that the deluxe room was already filled and he said the Traveloka agent told them that we want to cancel our room. It's strange, who wants to cancel their deluxe room when it's almost midnight. The hotel receptionist moved us to a smaller room in the pavilion room, which is way cheaper. The manager, who the receptionist called, was also unable to give a solution. When we are in the lobby, some other customers reach us and talk to us. Turn out there are 3 families who face the same issue on that same day. They arrive earlier and have ordered a deluxe room online to be told the deluxe room is filled when they arrived. Why did three families have booked the same deluxe room on the same day and all three families are asked to move to smaller rooms or another hotel? When I see the Google Map review on this hotel, I found some other people also face this issue before. I think they have to create a better system for online ordering. If there's no more room, don't sell it to customers. If you want someone to pay a higher price for your deluxe room because it's a high season, then sell it to one customer at your desired price. It's pity that this is happening to customers, even though the receptionist is friendly and the room is OK. Hope the management of this hotel can be improved.
