I dunno know how to say how beautiful this place! Very friendly place to spend time with family and friends. The view of the rice fields and Borobudur Temple is a unity that is a pity to miss. The friendly owner and staff were very helpful in making a wonderful trip around the Bhumi Kasuryan site. And then the last but not least the food served is very very delicious feels like home!

I love the atmosphere here, out the window you just look at green rice fields. And for breakfast you have the view of Borobudur in the morning. Amazing! This is a must stay when you are going to Magelang. Spent time also to ride the bike in the morning or afternoon and get to learn the art of batik nearby. Oh and don't forget to visit the spectacular Candi Borobudur!

Their home stay is luxurious with traditional amenities and occupies a gorgeous setting on a plateau surrounded by tree-covered hills. If you love nature, this is an idyllic location as there's plenty of walking and peace to see. Meals were prompt and hearty made from homegrown vegetables, and the relaxed atmosphere meant Chumden had time to sit and chat, sharing local information and travel tips. If you want a home away from home off the beat track, this is for you.

Amazing place, hidden gem nearby Borobudur temple. It seems time does not flow here, you dine with the sound of water and nature. Perfect location to relax and enjoy the peace of mind and heart.

This place totally exceeded our expectations. We had a beautiful spacious room with the amazing view to see the sunrise across the paddy field. From the otherside you can enjoy the sunset behind Borobudur Temple. Lovely home cooked breakfast, super friendly owner Sisca and her team, bicycle and scooter hire and beautiful nature made our weekend break just perfect. We will be back soon.

Wake up with paddy fields right upfront your bed, it's Perfect spot to go and embrace the peace.
Location not far from Borobudur and have a very nice service.
They also provide delicious breakfast to start your day????.

Even though it’s just 5 min from Borobodur temple, it’s away from the busy roads, a very calm u0026 quiet, homey place surrounded by rice fields, beautiful sunsets/sunrises, and you can see Borobodur temple itself on the horizon. Of course, just like anywhere in Java, you cannot escape prayer calls, just an FYI. We asked for vegetarian food and got a really rich, flavorful cap cay (the best I ever had) for dinner and an avocado salad for breakfast that was made expressly for us just out of the kindness of their hearts. We felt really well taken care of here, and could really relax.
