I am a repeated guest since 2004. This hotel feels like home to me. The room is spacious and being clean daily. Good location.
Supervisor resturant Pak Bli and Ms. Novelia are very helpful and being responsive to my complain about the payment system. Thank you to both for giving good service to us.

gorgeous garden, with a nice room, and accessibility from the hotel to any part of the city. its just a bit hard to get your stuff to the second floor, cuz the dont have an elevator. besides that, they provide a nice breakfast and general room service.

Experience 2 times rest in this hotel, provide by my uncle, thanks to him... it's clean, comfort, feels like home...

Being one of the oldest hotels in Kediri I was disappointed.
The staffs are the opposite of what the hotel stand for.
The staffs are unprofessional, loud, rude, and honestly they have the worst service I have ever seen in a hotel; and believe me, I've been through a lot.
If you're looking for a budget stay. Fine, go ahead. But believe me when I say, spending a little bit more is better than having to deal with the people in this hotel.
I'm currently struggling to keep myself from swearing here.
Horrible. Disgusting. Run far away from this place.

The hotel is my favorite.
Each time i visit Kediri I stay here.
The place is wonderful for hideaway. The location is good. The price fit my budget.

Staff are friendly and helpful.
Food needs to improve tremendously! Street food taste better.
Room furniture needs an upgrade.
