Moment lebaran kemaren mei 2022 saya dan keluarga berkunjung ke tulungagung silaturahmi ke keluarga suami. Kami menginap di rumah kaka semalam saja....rasanya kuraang lama...apalagi kaka suami tinggal sabatang kara . Pernah saya tawari untuk ikut kami tapi beliau menolak. Ya sudahlaha...mungkin beliau sudah nyaman.
Ceritanya hari ke 2 sebelum kami kembali ke rumah orang tua saya di kediri. Kami menyempatkan untuk kuliner bakso kesukaan kakak suami saya...
Sepanjang jalan kami sempat beberapa kali mau berhenti di salah satu warung bakso tapi masih ragu dan memutuskan jalan lagi sampai pada akhirnya kami melihat ada warung bakso yang saangatt menarik perhatian kami..
Hal pertama yg kami lihat dan membuat kami yakin untuk berhenti dan makan bakso disitu adalah...pentolnya yang kelihatan banget menonjol dan bessaar bessar...????????
Akhirnya kami berhenti dan masuk area warung bakso tersebut.
Beberapa point positif dan masukan yang perlu saya sampaikan disini adalah :
1. Penempatan menu baksonya sangaatt bagus langsung bisa menarik customer.
2. Tempatnya luas dan cukup inovatif,1 ruangan dibagi 2 wilayah kanan kiri, kiri prasmanan kanan meja dan kursi
3.menunya cukup variatif bakso dan ada mie ayamnya.
Yuks kita masuk ke ranah saran ya bestie...
1. Menu bakso OKE, mie ayam tolong koreksi rasa biar lebih mantap. Asinnya masi terlalu lekat.bisa dikurangi ato diformulasi ulang.
2. Tempat prasmanan yang sebelah kiri mungkin bisa dikasih pembatas agar lebih nyaman dN private tidak terlalu terganggu dengan orang yang lalu lalang.
3. Kamar mandi tolong bisa dikondisikan uLang. Karena kamar mandi ini sangat vital jika warung/resto anda sudah dikenal di masyarakat luas. Jangan sampai hanya karena kamar Mandi langsung bisa mengurangi selera makan kita ato bahkan batal makan di tempat anda.
