Fresh. Easy.
It deserves five stars for it’s original taste of cow leg soup. The’ve trimmed out the bones, so all you have in the bowl is flaky, soft and juicy tendon (part of leg that contains collagen-like beef) and fresh soup. Mix it with raw egg or boiled one, and the flavor goes up one level.
The restaurant is always crowded, it’s all sold out by noontime.
