2x coba order kopi soe di cabang kendari ini. Pertama kali order pesanan yg dibuat tidak sesuai dan tidak konfirmasi kalo bahan minuman yg saya pesan kosong dan asal aja diganti dengan menu lain. Ketika ditanya kenapa menunya beda jawabannya malah ga nyambung. Tidak ada permintaan maaf, sudah komplain by DM instagram pun ga ada tanggapan.
Sekarang kedua kalinya, mbak2 kasir nya “masih” jutek, ga menawarkan untuk up size minuman, dan saya perhatikan barista pun nyaris salah bikin minuman.
