It is I believe the 1st and the only mall in Kendari. Location is easy to find, since its in the busy area of Kendari. But it also bothering since most of the time way to get there you will stuck with traffic jam and chaos traffic, with people jay walking crossing the street.

The parking spot is limited and its easily full in weekend or holiday.

The plaza itself offer you quite good shopping experience. Clothing shop, optics, camera shop, eatery, cinema, etc.

There also well known brand open the shop in this plaza, such as Pizza Hut, Moko Donuts, Body Shop, Melawai Optics, etc.

This is the only shopping mall in Kendari, until now. It's a nice place to buy some clothes, food supplies or even to give your kids some fun (they have play zone for kids).

Has several major shops; Matahari, Gramedia, Cinemaxx. Frequent power outages. Front entrance under renovation, enter from the left side. Nice doughnuts.
