The location in my opinion is the best in Papua. However the amenities and bath towels need to be replaced. The color of towels are not white anymore.

Got an amazing bay view for one straight week and that was too relieving. The food are excellent, staffs are friendly, and overall, ‘twas a super great experience to stay!

first time on assignment to jayapura and stayed at this hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious enough and have a good sea view from the balcony. The food menu is also delicious. the location of the hotel is in the business district. coffee shop, seafood resto and many more.

Stayed for the cristmas here, the sea view room was great, the pool was okay but it was seen was quite old. The breakfast was great but when we ordered for dinner meal it take 2 hours for the meals to arrive. It should be quicker fot the rate we stayed here..

The hotel is located by the ocean and it has a breathtaking view that you can see from our hotel room and at the restaurant.
During this C-19 pandemic, they also implement a strict protocol all around hotel, including at the restaurant. Although in the morning, the restaurant was really packed and difficult to maintain the 50% capacity. The system needs to be improved.

The cons
- the breakfasts tasted so-so. Not very special and didn't have a traditional Papua food. The cakes were hard, the fruits were not sweet / ripe enough. So very disappointing. I only came at the 1st day for breakfast and didn't return (not have interest) for another breakfast on the next day. I prefer to find foods at nearby cafes/restaurants only a walking distance away.
- we ordered a non smoking room, but they gave us a smoking room and it really stink of the smoke. Our admin staff needed to argue first with the hotel to claim our rights. At last, the hotel gave us a non smoking room at the old building
- the room was quite spacious and beautiful, but the towels looked very old and rusty, even the bed sheet and bed cover had stained in it and felt really rough. Something that were really odd considering this hotel big name u0026 the price.

Nevertheless, the staffs were all nice although they need to improve their service u0026 skills on how to manage a very jammed and packed reservation, especially during this pandemic. I think they only sell for the view u0026 strategic location.

I don't think I will never choose to stay this hotel again on my own, except for invitations of meeting/events. The price you paid will not worth it. You have a better experiences and food at other cheaper hotels around Jayapura.
