I love its cleanliness and the staff' friendliness. The bedroom was also clean, but the least i expected was the shower that was so hard to adjust the hot and cold water.
I love the breakfast buffet. They served various food and all tasted delicious

Had a business trip to Abepura and we stayed here for 2 nights. The hotel is quite new with good ambiance around the lobby. We got the room on 5th floor, and it was kind of in the middle of the building, so it doesn’t have windows. Room is a bit small and we feel like cocooned. Bathroom is pretty nice and spacious, good hot water as well. The price is a bit on the higher side for what we got.

This is the first time I attended wedding party at Horison Kotaraja. And they were very fast to refilled and served the food which were going to empty. Hopefully they will manage the placement of food and queue better.
Overall, the foods taste were great. Served beautifully. Enough portion. The meatballs was very soft and delicious. The pempek??? Five stars!!!
The air conditions worked well. Hope they have some spare chairs. Hahaha.
This hotel location is very strategic, easy to notice from normal traffic. Clean and neat. Parking vallet is avaliabel. Recommend for other occassions. Good job, Horison!!!

So, I checked in around 9am due ti midnight flight from Jakarta. Unfortunately, did not have the best experience. Firstly, the room cost IDR1.1million. They put me to a smoking floor....and the toilet was leaking. I came down requesting a change and the manager was kind enough to accomodate though he explained non smoking availability only after 2pm. Then, there was no dryer in the changed room. I called twice before the same manager came up after almost 30 mins just to verify there was really NO hairdryer. Apparently, some guests must have stole it (Rememember Bali!? "Sori sori...I pay I pay"). After 10mins, a technician came .....again to verify NO hairdryer and took some photos. Then, now they are installing a replacement as I typed this. My main gripe is....that I cannot fanthom the room I'm staying is a Junior Suite! With that kind of pricing. Yes, I heard hotels in Papua are generally more expensive in Java and rest of Indonesia....but this? Yes, its a company paid accomodation, but still.....
So, be alert and throughly check and compare pricing. And most importantly, lower your expectation.....but do enjoy the great sceneries the region has to offer. Cheers!

Newly open hotel in Abepura area. There is still hiccup in the service, but in general it was a good stay, and they tried their best to serve better. With their eagerness, everything will be improved in few weeks.
