The room is nice and clean, fresh linen and towels , though bit worn out and need replacing. Nice firm mattress. Scrumptious buffet breakfast with fresh fruits

Fancy hotel in Jayapura,
Their staff were so friendly and allowed us for early check in so we can get proper rest after long flight,
Hotel room, bath room were so clean,
Breakfast not special but not bad,

This hotel is quite comfortable the room is spacious, cold AC, food also great, with not so expensive rates

Good hotel, but here are some improvement that you can do:
1. Makesure the card access availability:
When we stay for 5 nights in the hotel, we are only given one access card. It makes us difficult to have a different agenda. I stay there with my colleague for business trip.
2. There are no stick to stir the sugar or tea in the room. Should we use our finger?

Awesome place to stay. Standard healthy protocol, great view, nice room and good breakfast. This place also in the middle of the city. So u can reach every place easily. And one more think, all staff very friendly.

You can feel fresh air and outdoor side at the 12th floor, then swimming at the 5th floor.

Its just feel like home
