Stayed with mu family, to be honest the room is outdated, but the pool is okay and the breakfast is okay also. Nothing special for the price range.

the location of the hotel is quite strategic in the middle of the city, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The food menu is also delicious. Room rates are also affordable.

This is my fourth night staying at this hotel, my second visit ( the first is in 2017) and this is my review

- the staff are friendly
- the breakfast is good
- the room is quite comfy

But sadly, i have to give this hotel maybe 3,5 stars

Because the wifi connection is very poor, useless if i may say. Not the quality i expected from a 4-stars hotel

Hence, i use my own cellular data for work

It was an old hotel but the service is never get rotten and old. They welcomed me with the best performance.
I actually booked for a standard room, but the front staff told me in advance that all the rooms have no windows at all and I didn't know about that. But they were kind enough to upgrade my room to deluxe room without any extra charge.

My room has a broken slide door in the bathroom, but they fixed it instantly.

The food was not bad although they didn't have variety of foods. They served national and standard dishes. It will be better if they can also serve the local dishes.

I've tried their new menu at the restaurant: black ramen noodle and the it came with a huge portion! Worth the price.. though the taste may not be my liking.

Overall, it was such a great experience. Hope they can maintain and renovated some of the rooms/building.

Very helpful for the group of us. I am impressed with the staffs services. Concierge happy to help with anything. You need to go to the cafe in 1st floor to get free wi-fi. The upper harbour side rooms have great views, but avoid floor. The food was not bad. Thank you Aston.

This hotel is expensive, so i hope more from this hotel. The interior of lobby and room is outdated, cleanliness is average and no big tv. But wifi is working, hot water and usefull free toiletries dan great food at breakfast restaurant make this hotel have a good impression too
