The perfect local warung to try Gianyar's ayam betutu. This place is mostly filled with locals, not so many tourists. The ayam betutu itself is very different from the more common Gilimanuk version. Here, the ayam betutu is served dry on a bed of warm rice with a side of urap, fried egg, sate lilit and sambel matah. What a match in heaven. It's not too spicy and nothing overpowers the other, seasoned perfectly. The portion is quite big and it's affordable too (Rp 25k per portion). Will definitely recommend.
