Beautifully manicured landscape, clean pool, stunning views across the valley. Excellent service, attention and friendly staff. The standard room is already spacious, and the large bathroom with dual sinks, rain shower and bathtub is very inviting.

The lobby is open concept. A light breeze is almost always flowing through the corridors and the air is fragrant. There are occasional burning of straws and leaves outside of the hotel grounds by the rice farmers nearby.

The restaurants serve a good variety of delicious food. The mocktails and cocktails are excellent, never overly sweetened or bitter. It's almost like the menu was designed with relaxation and enjoyment in mind.

The only critique is that you will want to keep all the bathroom drains, doors and windows closed as often as possible to prevent tiny gnats from flying into the room. Given that the resort is located in a forested area, I can accept that nature has the winning hand.

We stayed here for 3 nights. This was among the best hotels we stayed in Bali. The staffs were very cooperative and service was best. I would specially mention about Mr. Andika and Adi. They prepared vegetarian breakfast and dinner for our vegetarian friend and also prepared special Indian dish for dinner. View around the resort was very beautiful. They had a good spread for breakfast too and kids enjoyed having food there. Kids enjoyed playing in kids club too. I would highly recommend this property.

One of the best Westins I’ve stayed at.

The highlights were definitely the pool, the jungle views, and the blended indoor/ outdoor vibes. I suggest sunset cocktails at the lobby bar in the patio area to make the most of it.

Breakfast was also great - make sure to come early and get a table on the terrace.

Service was attentive, cheerful, and not intrusive.

Highly recommended!

Very good management. They try all their best to make this stay as comfortable for you as they can. The day we arrived from our Vietnam trip I was really exhausted and kind of angry. The management realized this immediately and did their best to make me feel better.
The hotel ambient is perfect. Nicest view ever.
But to be honest my highlight was the massage. I never ever had this kind of massage before. Neither in Thailand or in Vietnam or any other country. This was the best massage I had in my entire life. Absolutely worth it. Never ever did I expect to have the best massage in my life in an hotel in Bali, Ubud.
So this hotel is absolutely recommendable for a nice trip to calm down and have nice couple of days of relaxation. After Ho Chi Minh city this was exactly what I needed. Thanks to the management of this hotel. Absolutely professional behavior.

Beautiful nature, magnificent and relaxing room,
excellent service
I stayed at a pool view room with a balcony for two
nights. From the balcony, I could see the infinity pool
and the mountains at the same time. It was a
memorable night that I could enjoy the environment
for two nights.
Room: The room size was huge. It was separated
into many sections. There was a bath tub with a
glass door. There was also a balcony to relax on.
The bedroom's mattress was so relaxing. There was
a sofa bed. The tea and coffee were also provided.
When I entered the room, I got a welcome card from
GM and chocolate balls, which I was really
impressed. One of the thing that I like was the light
brown room. It made me feel at home.
Dining Room: I visited the pool side restaurant (Tall
tress). The price was a little bit high but the service
was nice. The food taste great. At night, I enjoyed
evening cocktails at the lobby bar where I could see
the sunset whilst I was tasting the cocktails. The
cocktails tasted amazing and photogenic. I would
like to show my admiration to the staff there. I think
they have a very strong service mind.
Service: This place is another place of Marriott
where the service is great and memorable. Every
staff member greeted and smiled at guests. I do not
feel discrimination here.
Conclusion: The Westin Resort u0026 Spa Ubud is one
of the most impressed hotel in my experiences. It
worth every pennies for me to stayed here. If you are
looking for a hotel in Ubud, I would highly recommend this place.

The location is good, IF you want a quiet getaway. However it is rather far from Ubud city centre and no shuttle is provided by the hotel.

The breakfast spread is superb. Hands down.

Staff went out of their way to make everyone feel welcomed

Love the views and the hospitality of the staff. Truly warm and welcoming. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, the staff alone gave enough reason to stay here, not to mention the stunning pool view (the pool view room is highly recommended over the garden view). Location is quite convenient, just nice, not too near to busy area, but not too far away from the city center too. My only gripe is the humidity of the bathroom, they need to improve the air circulation
